Technical question at commercial event

Tukuyin ang drawing, specification, revision o other baseline.

Tanong

Records

Follow-up

Ano ang nagbago, kung mayroon?

Original requirement, question, reply at revisions

Ilarawan ang difference at affected activity

Sino ang authorized?

Contract, appointments at delegation

Required clarification o instruction sa agreed channel

Anong procedures?

Instruction, notice, quotation, change at record requirements

Owner at applicable deadlines

Ano ang current status?

Technical response, work direction, assessment at agreement

Ilantad ang unresolved authority, time at cost

Technical: Open question, received response o further clarification.

Authority: Identified direction o pending confirmation.

Procedure: Notice, quotation o submission action, owner at deadline.

Assessment: Pending, submitted, agreed o disputed time at cost review ayon sa evidence.

Fictional example: revised support detail

Kailan commercially closed?

I-track ang technical answer at commercial follow-up bilang related ngunit distinct records.
