Labour: actual time sa actual activity

Ipaliwanag ang breaks, transfers at separately recorded waiting time.

Itala ang equipment identifier, description, location, activity at time o usage measure.

Materials: delivered, issued o consumed?

Panatilihin ang chain mula instructed work hanggang daily resource entry, review at valuation.

Praktikal na daywork evidence map

Illustrative fields; gamitin ang required project forms at procedure.

Record layer

Key reference

Cross-check

Instruction at scope

Instruction ID, location at activity

Issuer, requested work at agreed recording basis

Labour

Authorized worker ID, role at activity time

Timesheets at ibang work allocations

Plant

Equipment ID, usage category at duration

Logs, hire records at operator treatment

Materials

Description, unit, quantity at transaction references

Deliveries, issues, returns at consumption

Review

Submission date, reviewer, response at qualifications

Queries at saklaw ng pirma

Valuation

Daily sheet ID at payment-summary line

Rates, permitted additions at duplication checks

May universal submission deadline ba?
