Erection of Heavy Reactor is a risky methodology. It would take long time to fully complete the final erection. These reactor as shown here took more or less 12 hours (from 7AM to 7PM).
In order to erect this reactor, a lifting capability of a tower should be definitely more than the reactor weight with jacks configured equal to reactor's weight. The tailing crane should have a maximum load of atmost half of reactor weight.
